Steven T. Guglielmetti, RFC

President & CEO

Steven Guglielmetti is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) with more than 25 years of industry experience. He graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University's Hayworth College of Business. His post-graduate work includes completing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional education program through the College for Financial Planning (not currently certified) and the Retirement Income/Distribution Program through the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In addition to his educational accomplishments, Steve has received numerous professional acknowledgments and accolades and has been recognized by multiple national investment firms for excellence in the delivery of financial advice, service, and consulting. He is an active member of the Financial Services Institute and has consistently qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table*. Steve is a registered representative with Commonwealth Financial Network®. (Securities and Advisory Services offered through Commonwealth Financial Network®, Member FINRA/SIPC, a Registered Investment Adviser.) He is securities-registered in 20 states and carries the following securities registrations: Series 6, 7, 63, and 66. He is also insurance licensed for Life, Long-Term Care, and Variable Contracts. Steve maintains offices in Troy, Michigan, and Lithia, Florida.

Steve, his wife, Diana, and their two sons, Anthony and Ryan, reside in Michigan and in Florida. Steve enjoys spending time with family, friends, and clients. An avid golfer, he also enjoys biking, swimming, hiking, and working out.

The Five Star Wealth Manager award, administered by Crescendo Business Services, LLC (dba Five Star Professional), is based on 10 objective criteria. Eligibility criteria – required: 1. Credentialed as a registered investment adviser or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Active as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of 5 years; 3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by Five Star Professional, the wealth manager has not: A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three customer complaints filed against them [settled or pending] with any regulatory authority or Five Star Professional’s consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through Five Star Professional’s consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client’s experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint filed with a regulatory authority; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy; E. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria – considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education and professional designations. Sheryl Martin

Manager, Client Relations

Sheryl Martin joined Guglielmetti Asset Management in 2005 and brings 20 years of customer service experience to the team. Sheryl has her associate's degree from Macomb Community College and has attended countless programs in the areas of customer service and client satisfaction. Sheryl is the "Goodwill Ambassador"  within the office and strives to effectively communicate with clients to nuture life long relationships. Her unparallelled compassion for others and commitment to excellence in all areas of endeavor is immediately evident by all who meet her. To effectively assist clients when and where necessary, Sheryl is a notary public of the state of Michigan.

Sheryl, her husband, Paul, and their two daughters, Amanda and Rebecca, reside in Macomb, Michigan. When not at work, Sheryl enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her two black Labs, Bella and Minnie.
